How long until I receive my order?

Fast U.S. & Australian Shipping! Orders are produced within 2–3 business days and typically delivered 3–7 business days after production from our local supplier. Total time from order to doorstep: 5–10 business days.

Do you offer Free shipping?

Absolutely. Spend $100 USD ($150 AUD) and shipping’s on us.

Can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow its journey.

What happens if my package is lost?

If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve it.

Do you accept returns?

We’re happy to help if your item arrives faulty — just reach out and we’ll make it right. Each piece is made to order, so we can’t accept returns for other reasons.

What if my item is faulty?

If you receive a faulty product, contact us within 30 days of your order with photos. We’ll replace it or issue a refund.

My item looks a little different to what's on your website?

Despite every effort to provide accurate images of each product's colour and design, actual colours and design may vary slightly, due to different device screen settings. Kindly be advised that we will not accept responsibility for any colour or design differences that are not factory faults.

Check the size guide on each product page — it’ll help you visualize how the artwork will look on your wall before you order.
